How to Set Up & Run the Party
Throwin’ your own murder mystery bash at Tumbleweed Trailer Park is easier than teachin’ a possum to play dead (and twice as fun). Here’s how to host a night of chili, chaos, and crime—all without breakin’ a sweat.
Step 1: Print Your Party Materials
As soon as you download the game files, you’ll get everything you need to start planning—character profiles, party signage, name tags, instructions, and two sets of objectives for each guest. Just print and prep!
Step 2: Assign Characters
Choose from 10 mandatory and 6 optional characters. Each guest receives a hilarious role with a backstory, secrets, and costume tips. Assign in advance.
Hosting a birthday? Make the guest of honor play Rory Wrangler—the park’s birthday cowpoke and party legend!
Step 3: Stage One – Stir the Pot
Everyone starts with fun conversation objectives to get the gossip flowin’. Guests will mingle, share secrets, and start stirrin’ up drama. Just follow the included instructions—no acting experience needed.
Step 4: Surprise Twist
Something spicy happens in the middle of the party (don’t worry, the host gets clear cues). This moment kicks the mystery into high gear and gives everyone a reason to dig deeper.
Step 5: Stage Two – Solve the Mystery
Guests receive new objectives and clues to help figure out whodunit. They’ll question each other, swap theories, and point fingers—trailer park style. Then it’s time to make your final accusation!
Step 6: Accuse & Reveal
Everyone writes down who they think did it and why. Then the host reveals the killer with a dramatic flair. End the night with laughs and maybe a chili crown if you’re feelin’ fancy.
No acting skills required. No fancy setup needed. Just print, party, and play!
Whether you’re throwin’ this bash in your backyard, kitchen, or full-blown trailer, this murder mystery game guarantees laughs, drama, and memories hotter than your uncle’s five-alarm chili.
